Squeegee Sharpeners

	Diamond-Kut™ The high-quality manually-operated sharpener for larger squeegees with two models to sharpen up to 60" or 76" squeegees. Eliminates operator error by holding squeegee blade parallel to grinding wheel during sharpening. Features Sharpens all squeegee materials including single and multiple durometer. Special squeegee-clamping mechanism sccomodates all holder profiles without bending or flexing the blade during sharpening. Unique vertical lift assures consistent parallelism between sharpening wheel and blade. Fully enclosed sharpening wheel for maximum safety during use.
Diamond-Maxi™ The precision small-format, manual, squeegee sharpener with two indestructible diamond sharpening wheels. The table-top design fits anywhere and sharpens squeegees up to 38". Thermo-Probe Digital Temperature Monitor and Donut Probe The Thermo-Probe and Donut package bring a heightened awareness of plastisol curing and dryer performance to our industry. This system gives the user continuous temperature data for the entire length of the dryer. The Thermo-Probe will interpret the dryer's air temperature, absorbed garment temperature, and absorbed ink temperature. The Donut can also be used to measure the post heat effects of a flash cure unit and works with any type of flash cure / drying equipment.

These sidekicks are designed to meet the needs of printers on hand tables, one man vacuum tables, small and large frames. Both permanent mounted and clamp-on types are available. They are constructed from heavy gauge steel with spring action lift. Easy to assemble on frames. Two sizes available to lift smaller or very large frames. Eash size can work on left or right side of frame up to 2" high. Screw-On Sidekick Low cost, plated steel sidekick fits on side of frame. 8-1/2" sidekicks screw on 3 spring position to change spring tension. Screen-Frame Clamping Unit with Micrometer Adjustment Precision micrometer adjustments are standard with A.W.T.'s machined steel adjustable screen-frame clamping units. Unit is complete with etched micrometer adjustment marks for easy reference. Utilizing registration knobs, the "xyz" control system locks in place for easy and excellent registration.
